Picture frame steel frame detail on one of our current projects, this consisted of a top beam and two vertical columns bolted onto a ground beam, which needed to be excavated into the ground and encased in steel mesh and concrete. This will achieve a very large open-plan kitchen/ dining area living space once the extension has been completed.

Large kitchen dining room extension.

We completed this extension in the spring of 2024. Working alongside one of our recommended architect's we undertook extensive structural and internal alterations, installed this beautiful Wren kitchen as well as building the extension.

Extensive structural alterations with a timeless Howden's kitchen and utility installation.

This project included a large amount of structural alterations, newly built walls housing pocket door systems, fully rewired electrical works, extensive plumbing works including underfloor heating, full replaster and decor, new heritage style aluminium doors, Luxury Vinyl Tile flooring. we finished the project off with this timeless style Howden's kitchen and utility suite.

We absolutely loved completing this amazing en-suite. The smaller jobs are just as full-filling as as the larger ones. Beautiful!
